1. Returns & Exchanges
At TRUEWEAR, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items (final sale).
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us via email at customersupport@truewear.clothing within 2 days of receipt.
What to include in your email:
📸 Photographs of the faulty or damaged item.
📦 Your order number and details of the issue.
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement as per UK consumer law. Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
4. How to Return an Item
Email us at customersupport@truewear.clothing with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Send the item back within 7 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.
Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
We are not responsible for lost returns—please use a tracked service.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Restocking Fees/Buying Multiple Sizes
To ensure fairness to all customers, we ask that you carefully check our size chart before ordering. If you purchase multiple sizes and return the extras, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
Repeated multiple-size returns may result in a 10% restocking fee per item or account restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.
